It is more teched towards Lightsworn and Monarchs because those two are the decks I have problems with. Teleport Dark Armed Dragon is something I normally don't see during my day. The last ranking tournament I placed 3rd going 4-1.

Fixes appreciated. I do not own Crush Card Virus. I'm pondering adding a single copy of ROTA in exchange for one of my techs. However, this deck is still in testing.
